About The Resident Rewards Card
Our History
Developed in 2010. The Resident Rewards Card is loaded with consumer discounts from a variety of top retailers in Colorado and. soon. throughout the United States. We focus on apartment communities and identify within those neighborhoods the merchants that offer the best value on things to do, see, eat, and buy. Then we negotiate exclusive, deep discounts and special deals for our members who simply show their card at any of these establishments to receive the savings for an entire year.
Our Communities
Owners and managers of apartment communities provide The Resident Rewards Card to their residents-there is no charge to the Card holder. Even though we're expanding quickly, we're still working in one neighborhood at a time, ensuring that we provide a great mix of retail experiences in each community before moving on to the next.
Retail-Consumer Centric
Our model is to build retailer-consumer relationships and repeat business – for example, the local hair salon, Mexican restaurant, used book store, dentist office, bowling alley, and movie theater.
The Resident Rewards Card is a classic win-win-win for apartment community owners, residents, and local retailers. Plus, wherever cardholders travel or work, they'll receive discounts from participating merchants in those communities as well.
